Refunds or Exchanges must be first processed by written communication within 7 days of receiving your order and the items must then be returned to us within 5 days of processing and verifying your request.

Refunds will be provided the way in which payment was received in a timely manner upon receiving the returned items.

 

Exchanges will be provided with all shipping costs incurred to be paid by the purchaser.

NOTE :

some of our products are temperature sensitive * for example, gummies and topicals and they can easily melt when left in the summer heat. Please watch the tracking number provided to you to track your shipment and plan to receive the package quickly upon delivery.
